Community Involvement
Samuel has dedicated time to Chinese community organizations, having been elected as Board of Director for the Toronto Cross Cultural Services Association (TCCSA). Furthermore, he has dedicated his time for volunteer services for legal advice in Markham and Mississauga. Internationally, Samuel travels frequently to Mainland China, Hong Kong & Taiwan working with various public and private organizations. Samuel is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
